2.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations

  • Facebook / Meta: When you connect your Facebook account, we receive your Facebook Page information (Page ID, Page name) and a Page Access Token to retrieve lead data from Facebook Lead Ads on your behalf. We do not access your personal Facebook profile content, friend lists, or private messages.
  • Other Integrations: If you connect third-party services (e.g., email providers, SMS providers, analytics tools), we may receive configuration data and usage metrics as needed to operate the integration.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform.
  • Process lead data and deliver it to the appropriate organization.
  • Facilitate integrations with third-party services, including Facebook Lead Ads.
  • Send transactional emails, SMS messages, and notifications.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve performance, features, and user experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Organization Administrators: Lead data and form submissions are shared with the organization that owns the relevant funnel or form.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate the Platform (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Third-Party Integrations: When you or your organization connects an integration (e.g., Facebook, email/SMS providers), data is shared as necessary to operate the integration.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

5. Facebook Data Usage

When you connect your Facebook account to Hubflora, we access only the data necessary to provide the Facebook Lead Ads integration:

  • Pages You Manage: We retrieve a list of Facebook Pages you administer so you can select which page to connect.
  • Lead Ad Data: We retrieve lead information (name, email, phone, and other form fields) submitted through your Facebook Lead Ad forms.
  • Page Access Tokens: We store an encrypted Page Access Token to retrieve leads on your behalf. This token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

We do not post to your Facebook Page, access your personal profile, read your messages, or access your friend list. You may disconnect your Facebook account at any time from the Platform settings, which will revoke our access and delete the stored tokens.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL.
  • Sensitive credentials (API keys, access tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
  • Webhook payloads are verified using HMAC-SHA256 signatures to ensure authenticity.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
  • We conduct regular security reviews and updates.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
